Design it in Fusion. Signal places every Lockdowel.
You chose Lockdowel so cabinets go together without clamps or screws. Signal for Fusion brings the same idea to the design: it finds every joint, places the fasteners, cuts the channels into the panels, counts every pin and prints the build order for whoever assembles it.
Three steps, nothing typed twice.
Every step reads what the one before it wrote, so the fastener count in the model is the count on the cut list, the CNC program, the buy-list and the installer's sheet.
Model it, or generate it
Draw the cabinet as solids, named the way your shop names them, or give the Kitchen Builder the room and let it build every cabinet.
Every joint, fastened
The Lockdowel Router counts fasteners by joint length, picks one slide direction per part and cuts the channels and pin bores. Edges a slide cannot lock get dowels.
Cut list, nest, programs
Cut list, edge band, nest for the saw or the CNC, machine code per panel and the installation sheets, step by step.
One side is the guide. The other is the lid.
The side with the most channels stands as the guide, and the back, base, shelf and top are set into its channels. The other side goes on as the lid, and everything is pushed its 32 mm into place. Signal derives this order from the model's own joints and prints it for the installer.

Give it the walls. It gives you the kitchen, fastened.
Straight, L, U or galley: Kitchen Builder divides each wall into cabinets your shop can build, reuses the same side panels wherever the construction allows and builds the kitchen in Fusion with every Lockdowel fastener in place. Try the division below.
The default above is a real test. In Fusion, a 3,000 mm wall became 7 cabinets of 4 types sharing 4 side parts, with 126 Lockdowel fasteners and 63 dowels, exactly what the cabinet templates call for.
See the kitchen before it is built.
As you choose each cabinet's front, Cabinet Fronts draws every door, drawer, handle and the sink on the cabinets in Fusion and keeps the front elevations open in a side panel. One click turns them into a PDF for the customer, one sheet per wall, before anything is cut.

Signal does not treat Lockdowel as a generic hardware line. The machining recipe, the joint rules and the assembly order are part of the engine, so a cabinet designed in Fusion comes out ready to route, ready to price and ready to assemble.
A fastener is half a joint. Every count Signal produces carries its mate, so the pins travel with the channels on every quote, order and buy-list.
- Routed slots per fastener
- 64 + 32 = 96 mm
- Side bores per fastener
- 2 × Ø5 × 21 mm
- Fasteners per joint

- 32 mm, one direction per part
- Conflicting edges
- dowels, picked in the dialog
- Router-bit life

Start in Fusion. Keep everything it learns.
You do not have to replace anything on day one. The add-in works on the first design it reads, and every export it writes is kept in Signal, with every part and everything your team has corrected.
The add-in
- Woodworking: Lockdowel, dowels, hardware, kitchens, cut list, nest, CNC programs
- Sheet metal: everything calculated per process, joints, structures from a sketch, shop sheets
- SITE: survey, fit your parts to the room, installation sheets
- Plan: a period's jobs nested as one batch, with a material forecast
- Stamping and machining as they ship
- Annual licence, billed in USD
