Every part laid out on stock you can buy.

Three commands in the NEST panel: sheet metal, tube and wood. All three nest in seconds from what the export already measured, on the sheet, stick and board sizes your suppliers actually sell, and report yield, remnant and machine time before anything is cut.

Every project is unique

The same kitchen, nested two ways.

No two projects carry the same parts, so no rule of thumb can pick the machine for you. Every time the export runs, Signal nests the whole order on each way you can make it and shows which one produces it best, with the boards, the yield and the machine time, before anything is cut.

An 11-cabinet kitchen: 66 panels, 26.41 m² of melamine. Signal nested the whole order on both machines and put the numbers side by side. Here the flatbed wins. On the next job, with a different mix of parts, the saw or both machines together may win, and Signal finds that out again.

Nesting

The nest, in seconds, on stock you can actually buy. Sheet Metal Nesting lays the flat parts out with your spacing, margin, rotation and sheet size, without a full export. Tube Nesting packs the job's tubes into standard sticks. Wood Nesting runs the panel saw, a CNC flatbed or both, and compares router bits by boards, passes, time and cost. Plan nests a whole period's jobs as one batch.

Tube Nesting

The job's tubes on their sticks, decided at the assembly.

Tube Nesting reads the whole assembly as it is now and packs every straight tube and every folded blank of the same size and material together. It decides for the whole job whether each fold is kept whole or cut, so Tube Fold follows the same decision, and prints the report per size: the cut diagram stick by stick, then each part with its laser cut path, ready for the supplier to quote.

A whole period at once. Plan nests every job the shop will run as one batch, so parts from different jobs share the same sheets, and writes the material forecast for your suppliers.
