Proof that it holds, and how to build it better.
One command in the SIMULATE panel. It runs a static study on the design as it is really assembled, gives a verdict you can hand to the customer, and suggests changes to the gauge or the welds. Every reviewed suggestion teaches Signal what to propose next time.

Proof that it holds, before it is built. Pick the supports and the loaded parts in Fusion, set the load and the safety factor, and compare against a standard such as BIFMA. Signal test-meshes every body first, runs the study outside Fusion and writes a report with a verdict: releasable to the customer, or internal only until the changes it lists are made. The weld sizes the structure needs go straight to the welding sheets.
| Minimum safety factor | 20.67 (target 2.0) |
| Peak stress | 10 MPa against 215 MPa yield |
| Sag at mid-span | 0.14 mm over 2,634 mm |
| Applied load | 272 kg + 122 kg self weight |
| Verdict | Releasable to customer |
The same study checks every weld against the load it carries, and walks a point load across the countertop to find the weak spots.

Drawn by Signal · from the Fusion model⤢ InspectIt checks how the design is built, and says how to build it better.
Because Signal Export has already read the assembly method from the model, the simulation does not treat the design as one solid block. Welds are checked as welds, bolts and rivet nuts as bolts, keyed tubes as keyed tubes. So it validates the way the part will really be assembled, and where it can be improved, it says so.
Read the assembly
Signal Export records every weldment, weld seam, bolted joint, rivet nut and tube joint from the model.
Validate the method
The study loads the structure as it is assembled and checks each joint against what it carries.
Improve the design
Increase the gauge where it is weak, decrease it where there is margin to save material, change the type or size of a weld.
Remember the answer
Your team reviews each suggestion. Signal keeps the decision, and the next time it meets the same scenario, it proposes what the simulation pointed to.
